Individual Gala tickets are $375 and include a reserved seat for dinner and show, complimentary drink tickets, participation in the silent and live auctions, and the opportunity to take part in the Fund-A-Cure program.
Tables for ten are available at $25,000, $15,000, $10,000, $6,000, and $3,500 levels. Up to two additional seats can be added to a table for $375 per additional guest.
Program book deadline for ads and listings is October 29, 2008.

Table guest lists are due by December 1, 2008.
All payments are due by December 8, 2008.
A donor may purchase a table by using a maximum of two payments (cash, check or credit card). JDRF cannot process multiple transactions for individual tables.
