Walkers who raise a minimum of $100 will receive a Walk to Cure Diabetes T-shirt on the day of the Walk. Walkers who raise $200 or more can select one of our gift catalogs featuring a variety of prizes. Check out all of the award levels and prizes at www.jdrf.org/greatprizes. One prize per walker.
To be eligible for a prize, walkers must turn in all of their donations by November 1st, 2010. Gift catalogs will be delivered to each eligible Walker within ten weeks after the deadline. Items from the gift catalog will be delivered to walkers within two weeks after ordering. If you would like your full donation to go toward finding a cure for diabetes, you may opt not to receive a prize by marking the appropriate selection on your collection envelope or on your profile in Walk Central.
To choose your prize level online or to indicate that you do not wish to receive a prize, log-on to your Walk Central account at www.walk.jdrf.org
• Click on the ‘My Profile tab’.
• Click on the ‘Prize Selection’ tab.
• Select your prize level and confirm by clicking on ‘Update Prize Selection’.

We honor each and every one of our family teams and thank you for your commitment. The Circle of Excellence Program is designed especially for family walk teams to help “raise the bar” for successful fundraising. Family teams that raise $10,000 or more are inducted into the Circle of Excellence and will receive a commemorative pin highlighting your level of achievement.
